Being properly prepared for raising funds will be even more important and competitive as we emerge from the covid-19 crisis.
Delivered by experienced investors, the programme is designed to “demystify” the world of equity finance and prepare ambitious businesses with growth potential to apply for much needed investment.

This initial half-day workshop will give you multiple insights into the equity investment process and whether it is right for you.

Anyone actively seeking equity investment for their business or wanting to gain an insight into the investment process in preparation for future needs.
Eligibility
The event and programme are funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and so is only eligible to Lancashire based SME’s seeking investment into their business.
Upon receiving your Eventbrite booking request, the team will contact you to confirm eligibility and liaise with you about registering for the programme in advance of attending.
Next steps
To complete the Investment Readiness programme, you will be invited to a further one-day workshop. Once you have submitted a business plan and pitchdeck you will be invited to attend a “practice pitching” event. Where appropriate, the team will then look to facilitate introductions to their investor network. One to one assistance from experienced investors and supplementary specialist workshops are also available.
Places on the workshop are strictly limited. Please provide at least 48 hours notice of cancellation to allow your place to be re-allocated.
