Rob is an L&D (learning and development) and digital learning leader who helps organisations implement, develop and run their digital learning. Before starting freelance work, Rob worked 15 years in positions such as Head of People Technology and VP Learning Technologies.
After a successful career helping established L&D teams and those wanting to take their first steps in digital learning, Rob now advises them on how to get the best use of their learning platforms, content development and vendor management. Rob is a busy dad of three children, husband to an endlessly understanding wife and is looking forward to getting back “home” to Disneyworld in Florida one day.
Spencer has spent 30 years in corporate L&D and before that, 6 years in therapy – but that’s another story! Working at every level from one-man band to helping implement global learning programmes to support change initiatives in the world’s most complex organisations, he has learned enough to know he has a lot to learn.
Spencer now helps run Totem Learning Ltd. Having seen their potential as an investor he decided to jump on and get fully involved, understanding that elegant digital learning design is the future of effective and efficient capability development. Recent global events have driven this agenda on at pace.
Sarah Vaughan is Sysdoc’s Digital Learning Manager, looking after their Digital Learning Hub, based in Leeds, West Yorkshire. She is passionate about formal and informal learning technologies, and using the latest innovations in digital media, and online training, for enhancing digital learning. As a lifelong learner, mainly in virtual learning environments, she thrives in getting businesses ready for the next wave of digital transformation.
Guy is the Director of Consulting at Sysdoc, focused on the achievement of business outcomes and develops trusted relationships with senior managers, ensuring people are placed at the centre of any transformation.An experienced business consultant, Guy has worked globally for many large global tier-1 organisations establishing and leading large and complex programmes of work that deliver strategic outcomes, many underpinned by ERP
