News / Applications Still Open for Digital Courses at Blackpool and The Fylde College

It’s not too late to apply for digital courses at Blackpool and The Fylde College starting in September.

The college is still accepting applications for September 2020 across its digital courses from T Levels and diplomas to apprenticeships.

Course subjects include computing, computer technologies, digital marketing, and digital production, design and development.

This year’s course enrolment is taking place online owing to social distancing.

Following the coronavirus outbreak, all the college’s teaching, learning and support moved online. From September, students will be able to enjoy the best of both worlds: a vibrant online learning experience supported by occasional face-to-face teaching at college.

Theory-based sessions and assessments will be delivered mostly online via the college’s mobile-enabled virtual learning platform and Microsoft Teams. These will be supported by socially distanced small-group teaching and assessments on campus, with provision adjusted to be in line with the latest government advice.
