News / Lancaster & District Business Broadband Survey 2019

If you’re a business that relies on or uses a broadband internet connection in Lancaster, Morecambe, Carnforth and all the surrounding areas then we need to hear from you!

Lancaster City Council, in partnership with Lancaster University and Digital Lancashire, is conducting research on the internet needs of businesses in the Lancaster City District.  The City Council would greatly value your help in getting a better picture of the current situation and how need may change as we go forward.

Click here to complete the survey.

Your answers will help us to identify any issues with current broadband connectivity and to explore the impacts [as well as options] for policy, investment and the delivery of improved services. The Council may use this data anonymously in funding applications to evidence gaps in supply, but will not publish or share personal details of individuals, names of businesses or contact information.

You can only take the survey once, but you can edit your responses until the survey closes on Friday 13th September. Questions marked with an asterisk (*) must be answered.  The survey should only take 5 minutes, and your responses are completely anonymous.

If you have any questions about the survey, please email us at hello@broadband.coop

We really appreciate your input!
