Lancaster-based digital agency Fat Media has been appointed by world-leading cancer hospital, The Christie NHS Foundation Trust, to redevelop its website.
The agency has undertaken user testing and will then implement a digital website strategy ahead of the rebuild.
“The Christie is an incredible organisation and it is great working with them on enhancing their online presence. The user experience testing project we’ve been running is one of our largest to date, involving everything from user profiling to competitor and SWOT analyses,” explained Zara Longhorn, senior account manager at Fat Media.
“It’s the findings and recommendations from this research which has now led to our new project with The Christie to redevelop the site.”
The Christie is hoping to improve engagement with stakeholders – from patients and their families, to researchers, fundraisers, consultants and other staff.
